Responsibilities
We are seeking a Tax Sales Agent Opener to play a key role in our sales team. This position involves engaging with potential clients over the phone, understanding their tax situations, and presenting our services as the optimal solution for their needs. The ideal candidate is someone who excels in a phone-based sales environment and is eager to grow within the company. The Tax Sales Agent will assist clients from around the USA with their unresolved Tax Issues. This entry-level position is responsible for answering calls from a dialer, qualifying, and collecting basic client information. This position will handle a high volume of calls daily. We are looking for individuals that are self-starters, competitive, and have a positive, contagious energy. Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls to introduce our tax relief services.
Conduct initial consultations to assess clients' tax issues and determine their eligibility for our services.
Effectively communicate the benefits and process of our tax relief solutions
Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the tax resolution team to ensure a smooth and effective client experience.
Qualifications
Sales experience preferred, 1 year Strong communication skills.
Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with potential clients.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and grow within the position.
Basic understanding of tax concepts (training will be provided).
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
Great follow-up and organizational qualities
