We are seeking experienced HubSpot professionals with expertise in managing, organizing, and leveraging CRM’s for sustainable, trackable growth.
As a successful Marketing Automation Manager, your primary responsibilities include the following:
- Support the HubSpot strategy, management, and reporting for our customers
- Develop and implement HubSpot best practices and SOP’s that are consistent and scalable across a growing team
- Conduct and present client audits of HubSpot Instances with ability to communicate findings and next steps to a variety of stakeholders
- Facilitate effective client-onboarding processes to integrate new business, including staff utilization and organizational planning when necessary
- Own & lead all technical & data integrations (HubSpot, SFDC, & more) across CRM, sales, service, and marketing suites
- Manage and train new hires to ensure best practices are consistently upheld as the team grows

What we’re looking for:
- 3 Years experience managing CRM integrations, database migrations, & workflow automation
- 2 Years experience in HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, Ops Hub, SFDC, and other third-party cloud tools
- 2 Years experience presenting to client stakeholders at various levels of the organization (entry to senior) with strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to take a data led approach to campaign strategy with hands on experience in tactical execution - setting up, optimizing, and reporting on CRM changes
- Experience delivering results and recommendations to clients via weekly check-ins, quarterly business reviews and daily communication
- Proven history of improving CRM processes, including training and oversight of new hires, peers and direct reports
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude within a sometimes challenging, high-growth environment
