Recruiting Coordinator

Position Summary

Perform recruiting sourcing, contacting, and hiring functions following established procedures and using company-provided tools.      

Duties & Responsibilities

• Recruit and pre-screen candidates per position requirements
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Establish and maintain network of professional recruiting contacts
• Review and develop training plans and resources and track status against objectives
• Coordinate placement and recruiting activities and strategies.
• Provide status updates on activities to HR and Executive Teams

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor`s degree in education/training preferred; 
• Experience should include developing plans and strategies to meet established objectives

Skill & Certification Requirements

• Ability to work as a part of a team 
• Strong communication, administration and organization skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and systems
• Initiative, innovation, and follow through.
• Position requires sitting, for long periods of time. (Sedentary Work)
• Most duties require extended use of a keyboard and computer monitor
• Extended Telephone Use
• May require lifting of 20-50 lbs
