*Director of Marketing - CCRC Campus - Senior Living*
LeaderStat is partnering with a senior living provider who is seeking a Director of Marketing for their beautiful senior living campus in the Youngstown, Ohio area. This company excels in culture and financial performance, while offering an opportunity for career growth.
This is a newly created role that will closely collaborate with the Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The majority of this role will be external sales in the Youngstown, Ohio area.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as a liaison between the facility and outside community
- Connect daily with potential referral sources including hospitals, physicians, insurers, case management companies and health care agencies.
- Create and execute facility sales and marketing plans and strategies.
- Conduct tours for potential quests and families.
- Bachelor's Degree (strongly preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing (ideally in SNF space)
- Solid experience in managed care/insurance
- Familiarity and good networking with area hospital systems
