Position Summary:
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing to join the growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home health care and a proven track record of leadership excellence. As Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our home health agency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and driving organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of skilled nursing professionals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide mentorship and coaching to staff.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards.
- Manage and optimize agency operations, including budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion of the agency.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in home health care.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in a home health care setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of home health care regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
