Your Role:
We need an Account Manager who brings a blend of strong communication skills, expertise in local SEO, and strong organization skills. Your role will be key in maintaining and growing client relationships, driving SEO/PPC success, and contributing creatively to our web design initiatives.
Emphasized Skills and Qualifications:
Essential Tools Mastery: Demonstrated proficiency in key digital tools is critical. You should have knowledge with:
- ClickUp (or similar) for task management and prioritization.
- Google Sheets for handling various tasks with basic spreadsheet skills.
- HubSpot (or similar) for CRM tasks, maintaining detailed client records, and note-taking.
- Zoom for regular client meetings, with knowledge of its basic features.
- ChatGPT for enhancing efficiency and managing routine tasks.
- Slack for staying connected and responsive within our team.
- SEMrush, BrightLocal, and Call Tracking Metrics for SEO and campaign tracking.
- Duda and WordPress for website development and optimization.
- Google Tools (Business Profile, Analytics, Search Console, PageSpeed Insights) for daily SEO and website performance analysis.
- Screaming Frog for in-depth website analysis.
- Process Adherence to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and communicate effectively with the team for clarification and efficiency.
