Responsibilities:
· Research, pursue and develop new business relationships and growth opportunities.
· Identify strategic opportunities to grow and develop the business
· Design and drive Go-to Market strategies and innovative offerings in collaboration with a cross-organizational team.
· Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
· Drive, build and manage new strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
· 3 years of experience in BizDev
· Strategic thinking and proven ability to drive processes end-to-end from concept to execution.
· Great negotiation skills.
· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
· Home improvement / home services experience.
· Experience working with corporate America – advantage.
