Title: ASIC STA / Timing Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA 95134- Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Pay Range: $70-80/hr. (DOE)
Job Description:
- What You'll Do You will be responsible for all aspects of timing including, working with designers for timing constraints generation, helping construct/modify flows, timing analysis and timing closure.
- 15 years' experience in chip design Deep technical knowledge of Static timing Analysis (STA) 10 years' experience in Synopsys primetime tool
- Experience in developing timing constraints Experience in timing closure at block level and full chip level for multiple tapeouts Strong communication.
- Need to talk to designer and implementation team for timing closure Define block and full chip timing signoff criterion, methodology, constraints, modes and scenarios and close timing at multi-corner and multi-mode environments Debug and drive fixing of constraint correlation issues between top and block level Full chip and block level STA tapeout experience, constraint generation and partitioning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science
- Experience in static timing analysis and timing closure of high-performance SOC designs Self-driven individual with a can-do attitude, and an ability to work in a dynamic group environment you're inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.
