PositionSummary : The Marketer represents the Leaf Homebrand(s) through face-to-face interaction with prospectivecustomers by attending a variety of pre-scheduled events throughouta designated territory.

The purpose of this position is to buildbrand awareness and transform that awareness into a sales lead.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities :

• Interact with event attendees, provideinformative product demonstrations, and generate salesleads.
• Overcome objections by utilizing proven,industry-leading sales techniques and trainingresources.
• Transport, assemble, and disassemblelightweight display equipment and marketingcollateral.
• Submit sales leads at theconclusion of each shift.
• Responsible formeeting predetermined performance goals for each event as well asother KPIs.
• Performs other duties as assignedbysupervisor.

Experience and MinimumQualifications :

• Part-time hours
• High schooldiploma or equivalent.
• Ability toactively listen and rebut objections and answer questions regardingthe performance or quality of the product(s).
• Must have a smartphone to use the Companytimekeeping application and submit leads.
• Mustbe able to stand for extended periods.
• Abilityto engage attendees, obtain their interest, and present a productdemonstration.
• Ability to work weekends andevenings.
• Must be outgoing, friendly, andenergetic.
• Ability to juggle various workactivities and shift their attention from one task to another tomeet the demands of different stakeholders without dropping theball.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a roll up yoursleeves and win every day mentality.
• Holdoneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven inaccomplishing goals.
• Detail-oriented and canfocus on the task at hand by finding the most efficient andeffective pathway to completion.
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills at all levels tocommunicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
• Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinizeand evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work,solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
• Ability to provide timely and empatheticservice through all communication channels keeping peer andcustomer needs first.
• Must hold a validdriver’s license.
• Must have reliabletransportation to / from job site to perform job duties.
• Must be legally authorized to work in thecountry of employment without sponsorship for employment visastatus (e.g., H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilitiesor Certifications :

• Experience in customer service and / or sales.
• Experience in the home improvement industry.

TravelRequirements :

Occasional overnight travelrequired.

Overtime / Additional HoursRequirements :

Noovertime required.

Physical Requirements :

• Normal Office Environment and fieldoffice / manufacturing / construction environment.
• Performs indoor work in a climate-controlledenvironment and performs work outside in varying temperatures andclimates.
• Medium work. Exerting up to 50pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 30 pounds of forcefrequently, and / or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to moveobjects.
