PositionSummary : The Retail Marketer is responsible forgenerating customer leads at dedicated in-store retail locationsthrough ongoing interaction with potential customers.

Qualifiedgenerated leads will be provided to our sales team for in-homeproduct sales demonstrations. Responsible for exceeding issued leadtargets and goals administered by the Retail Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities :

• Interact with potential customers at assignedretail location and provide product demonstrations using highenergy and positive engagementtechniques.
• Overcome objections by utilizingproven industry leading sales techniques and trainingresources.
• Generate and data capture storeleads for our award-winning products.
• Meetpredetermined performance goals as well as otherKPIs.
• Performs other duties as assigned bysupervisor.

Experienceand Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma orequivalent.
• Weekends and eveningspreferred.
• Must be able to stand for extendedperiods of time.
• Ability to successfullyrebut objections and / or answer questions regarding the performanceor quality of the product.
• Must have asmart phone to use timekeeping application and submitleads.
• Ability to engage attendees, obtaintheir interest and present a quick productdemonstration.
• Ability to juggle various workactivities and shift their attention from one task to another tomeet the demands of different stakeholders without dropping theball.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a roll up yoursleeves and win every day mentality.
• Holdoneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven inaccomplishing goals.
• Detail-oriented and canfocus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effectivepathway to completion.
• Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills at all levels to communicate withinternal and external stakeholders articulately.
• Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinizeand evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work,solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
• Ability to provide timely and empatheticservice through all communication channels keeping peer andcustomer needs first.
• Must have reliabletransportation to / from job site to perform job duties.
• Must be legally authorized to work in countryof employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g.,H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities orCertifications :

• Experience in the home improvement orconstruction industry.
• Experience withcustomer service and / or sales.

Localtravel required.

PhysicalRequirements :

• NormalOffice Environment and field office / manufacturing / constructionenvironment.
• Performs indoor work in aclimate-controlled environment and performs work outside in varyingtemperatures and climates.
• Medium work.Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 30pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 10 pounds of forceconstantly to move objects.
