Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team in East Brunswick, NJ. You will actively seek and engage customer prospects by providing the appropriate solutions to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for treating every customer with the utmost courtesy while maintaining a positive outlook on every call.
- Be knowledgeable about our company products and services.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
- Answer questions about the products.
- Make outgoing calls to confirm appointments.
- Manage call outgoing call follow ups.
- Incoming calls and responding to customers’ requests.
- Book appointments with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basis.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Responsible for adapting to fast-changing guidelines with customers.
- Educates clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in an inbound/outbound contact center are customer service is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer and keyboard simultaneously.
- The ability to type at least 30 words per minute or 10000 keystrokes both alpha and numeric is preferred.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Must have strong selling ability over the telephone.
- Ability to overcome objections and gain customer commitment.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Maintain reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts.
- Ability to have a flexible schedule during peak season.
- Must also be available to work various shifts between the hours of 7:30 AM To 11:00 PM from Monday to Sunday (40 hours a week)
