LeafGuard is an established, successful, and rapidly growing home improvement company.
We are actively seeking an experienced, energetic and outgoing person for our Regional Home Show Manager position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify, schedule and plan event calendar for team of promoters.
- Responsibility for budgeting and staffing of scheduled events.
- Work jointly with General Managers for ongoing promoter hiring/scheduling/training.
- Track and report event results to evaluate performance.
- Event Calendar maintenance.
- Verification of correctness of leads entered into the company system.
- Compiling data into a centralized location.
- Compiling data for reporting purposes.
- Payroll – entering hours, compiling mileage and bonuses.
Minimum Skills
- Experience with successful lead generation
- Self-starter with ability to manage and develop others
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Travel within assigned region as needed
- Ability to handle multiple priorities at a one time.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
