Benefits & Compensation Specialist
$44.15 per hour pay rate
Onsite in Morton Grove, IL
Responsibilities:
- Support Total Reward team in delivering upon all aspects of compensation and benefits programs
- Provide analytical support regarding the development, design, and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs
- Provide support to the Total Rewards team members on initiatives and projects as needed
- Collect and organize data for analysis
- Support reporting and analysis for compensation & benefits programs
- Assist with planning, support and communication for the year-end compensation process
- Provide support for sales / formulaic incentive plans
- Provide support for executive compensation programs
- Assist with survey participation and the preparation of market competitiveness analyses
Only considering candidates with the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in compensation, financial analysis, operations analysis, business analysis or accounting
- Proficiency with strong analytical skills
- Expertise in Excel is required. Experience with HR information system.
- Able to work in an environment of change, adapting quickly to changing requirements and focus
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
