Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Motivate and mentor staff; including hiring and training new staff
- Administrative tasks
- Monitor inventory including ordering restock
- Create business strategies to increase customer count/customer satisfaction
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
- Arrange promotional material and in-store displays
Store Manager Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
- Strong Leadership and Customer Management abilities
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
