LearningRx Chattanooga is seeking an Office Manager who is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, is friendly and outgoing with great customer service skills and is passionate about changing lives.

Responsibilities:

Set a warm and friendly tone for the center

Greet clients and visitors

Provide support to the center director

Management and conversion of leads/prospects

Schedule and manage client appointments

Management of client files

Order and manage supplies

Passionate about the ability to change lives

Requirements:

Strong communication skills

Strong time management and organization skills

Friendly and able to connect with families

Fun and teachable

Self-motivated and a team player

Attention to detail

Ability to multi-task without getting overwhelmed

Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, social media, and google apps

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Position Specifics:

Monday-Friday 1pm-6/7pm, plus occasional after hours, and 5-10 weekend events per year.

Base pay - $18.00-$20.00/hour, with hourly increase possible after 6 months of employment.
