Position Description
A powerhouse law firm seeks an Alternative Dispute Resolution Paralegal to support attorneys with all facets of litigation and arbitration, including preparing legal documents, conducting case research, and summarizing materials for upcoming trials. This position will involve drafting pleadings and motions, liaising with clients and other external parties, cite checking briefs, conducting court filings, and attending depositions, trials, and other hearings. The Paralegal will also be tasked with managing case files, assisting with client interviews, and gathering additional evidence as needed.
Required Skills
The firm seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal with at least four years of related experience and proficiency with cite checking as well as e-filing. This person will be proactive with strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to apply a detail-oriented approach. The Paralegal should also be able to resolve problems, maintain confidentiality, and remain calm during high-pressure situations. This person must also be flexible to travel and/or work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the role.
Annual Salary (US$): 100,000-120,000 /annual
