The Department:
Within Leaseweb, the Sales Support organization takes responsibility for sales enablement and customer administration; from providing training and assistance to the Sales team to solving customer issues to improving processes and promoting organizational efficiency The culture is dynamic and fast paced. This has led to an innovative mindset, continuously seeking improvement. The organization is quickly growing and engaging new international markets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with (daily) administrative sales tasks e.g. contract modifications and processing business
- Prepares quotes based on administrative tasks e.g. licenses and upgrades/downgrades.
- Supports customer with administrative contract and service changes when required, under supervision of the Sales Support Team Manager.
- Assists Key Users when needed
- Responsible of the dispatching and maintaining the general sales queue daily, keeping track of the (assigned) sales tickets and queue’s and making use of the (implemented) buddy system
- Responsible for the response time of their own tickets
- Supports the Inside Sales Team
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience and knowledge of the hosting industry and data centers (service providers, manufacturers and technologies)
- 1-3 Year of sales experience
- College degree or professional education required
- Basic knowledge or interest in operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware), network equipment (Cisco routing, switching, VPN, load balancing, firewalling), and server technology (Dell, HP, IBM).
- Excellent communication, social skills and customer focused
- Must be a proactive, self-starter with the ability to travel as needed
- Valid driver’s license

- Experience in or interest in the IT Industry
- A natural ability to build and maintain relationships with potential and new customers
