A growing company within the professional services industry is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager! In this role within a professional office culture, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that is hybrid, but candidates must be local to the NH Seacoast region or North Shore of MA.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager
- Develop and implement a recruiting and hiring process
- Guide managers in employee development and performance
- Administer employee benefits
- Create and update employee manuals and policies
- Oversee annual review process
- Resolve employment-related issues
- Perform and oversee other related tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Human Resources Manager
- 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position; 2 years as an HR Manager
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in a professional services or technology company
- Experience working within a small company (250 employees or less)
- A driven professional who is flexible and seeks continuous improvement
- Experience with employee relations and benefits administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of and ability to manage all aspects of human resources
