Project Administrator
A community-focused manufacturer in Manchester, NH needs a full-time Project Administrator for their team! In this direct hire position, you will perform a range of administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently. Candidates with a strong administrative background and stellar attention to detail are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities of the Project Administrator
- Answer phone and assist or direct callers
- Maintain up-to-date files
- Coordinate travel
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
- Ensure projects are completed on time
- Perform research projects and report on findings
- Perform routine office tasks, such as filing, copying, etc.
- Perform other tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Project Administrator
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Project management skills are a plus!
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role highly preferred
