Responsibilities:
- Enter in timecard data and verify proper authorizations
- Ensures accurate and timely payroll processing
- Processes employee verification of employment request
- Processes all employee garnishments including child supports and wage garnishments
- Coordinates with HR on pay and benefit changes
- Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
- Prepares Ad Hoc reports for management as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work autonomously
