Key Responsibilities:
- Attract, develop, and retain the best talent
- Drive a highly efficient sales and production operation to get customers in and out quickly while ensuring quality standards
- Engage and motivate the service team to achieve key goals, performance expectations, and best practice processes
- Monitor and control the service department's performance using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and customer surveys
- Create an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty
Qualifications:
- 3 years of automotive service management experience
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Team-oriented and hands-on leadership style
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficient, both with DMS and Microsoft Office programs
