- Lead crisis response efforts, including de-escalation and coordination with local mental health departments.
Qualifications :
- A passion for working directly with low-income individuals from diverse backgrounds in a culturally responsive manner.
- At least 3 years of experience in community-based healthcare or social work, or 1 year as a Case Manager II or III with certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to change while maintaining a positive attitude.
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Health, or Human Services preferred.
