Lees Marketplace is known for their friendly, knowledgeable, ;helpful and empathetic Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs, and we are looking a positive and patient leader to help train and maximize our technician skills and abilities at each of our locations. ; As a Pharmacy Technician Trainer, you will travel to our different location to help our pharmacist train our technicians on how to provide prescription product, vaccines, strep tests/flu shots, appropriate guest service practices in compliance with federal and state laws along with store policies and procedures. - Train new hires
- Train current technicians how to use various platforms such as Supplylogix, Inmar(returns/DSCSA), Order Express, Medsync, Outcomes, Clinical Programs, etc...)
- Host quarterly technician meetings to ensure that our technicians are keeping up with the constant changes going on in the pharmacy world.
- Ensure that technicians and pharmacists are up to date on their Continuing Education.

- Has the desire to expand role as a pharmacy technician, take on new responsibilities, and learn new skills
- Minimum Age: 18 Years of age

- Physical Abilities: ;Regularly required to walk, stand, sit, twist, and bend; repetitive use of hands and arms to push, pull, carry, lift, reach, grip and balance; occasionally stoop, crouch, kneel or crawl. ; Lifting may include floor to shoulder and overhead lifting. ; Occasional use and climbing of step stools or ladders required. ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ;
- Environmental Factors: ;Exposure to cleaning chemicals, compounding chemicals, and blood borne pathogens
- Communication: ;Ability to write, speak, hear and understand the spoken word in order to respond promptly to pages, requests, team members and guests. ; Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals.

;Education or Skills:
Education: High School diploma or GED; related job experience and/or training are required.
Education/Licenses: Must hold a valid Pharmacy Technician license in the State of Utah, Must complete continuing education hours as required by law. Must complete all required state, federal and company training programs. (i.e. HIPAA, Methamphetamine, FWA, I-pledge, etc.)-Excellent medical, dental, vision, 401K and life insurance available to full time team members
