- 2 years hospitality management experience including hands-on managing FOH/BOH and operations
- Highly motivated with ability to create/sustain an environment focused on passion for extraordinary guest service
- Outgoing and positive personality to engage community and execute Local Store Marketing opportunities
- Operational expertise to achieve company and store objectives for hospitality, quality, P/L, safety, and cleanliness
- Ability to develop strong Teams that are focused on consistently serving the highest quality food with enthusiasm and energy
- Able to pass background screening
