Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our short-term rental co-hosting business. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients who are property owners with short-term rentals. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and establishing strong relationships with property owners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential property owners who have short-term rentals and are interested in co-hosting services.
- Proactively reach out to property owners through various channels, including phone calls, online searches, emails, and networking events.
- Present our co-hosting services and benefits to property owners, highlighting how we can enhance their short-term rental experience and maximize their revenue.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the unique requirements of each property owner and tailor our solutions accordingly.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by potential clients, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our services.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, including assisting with the necessary paperwork and account setup.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and effectively manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Results:
- Get no less than three potential clients to meet with ownership team per month
- Build a strong network of potential future clients by adding value to them
- Maintain response time of 24 hours or less to all inquiries and communications associated with Legacy Co-Hosting
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sale, real estate, or relevant skills
- Very strong written and spoken English language
- People person
- Outstanding customer service
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work with multiple technology platforms like Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, etc. . .
