Description of Position:
Our business manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day workings of the company. Including, but not limited to, shipping orders daily and tracking shipments, operations, communication between customers and vendors, basic accounting through QuickBooks, and providing exemplary customer service. You will need excellent communication and organizational skills, flexibility, and above all, a great positive attitude.

Listed below are several responsibilities and skills that are required:
-Creating and maintaining production schedules.
-Track incoming and outgoing shipments
-BigCommerce: Our website software. Maintaining the website regularly, updating product inventory, processing orders, updating product listings, etc.
-Have awareness of all deadlines and goals; facilitate execution of these goals.
-Be able to manage upward.

-Answer phone calls daily, return emails, and track all correspondence.
-Managing vendors and product resellers

-Provide stellar customer service to all customers, treat them as the ‘million dollar customer’
-Treat each communication as if it were a sale
-This will require a certain amount of “charm” and the ability to connect with people.

-College Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)

The position requires 20-25 hours a week, 5 days a week. Work hours 8AM-1PM preferred. Starting hourly pay of $18, higher pay possible depending on experience.
