Stock/Sales Associate
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
As a Sales Associate, your professionalism with customers and your peers are most essential. Your expectations to provide customers with fast, friendly, and accurate services is critical. If you desire interest in the beverage industry, this is an excellent opportunity to learn and educate one-self when it comes to craft beers, wines and spirit’s knowledge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present one-self in a proper business attire in order to represent the store in a clean and professional manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and establishing a rapport with customers while informing them of our products and services
- Verify customer identification and adhere to all laws and regulations when it relates to minors.
- Unpack and stock merchandise on shelves in a safe and effective manner.
- Work with peers in making sure the store in kept in a clean and welcoming site.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Experience, Skills and Education:
- 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift and carry boxes at least 50 lbs or less.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
- Assist in stocking inventory and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment requiring professionalism and effective communication skills
- Ability to read and speak fluently in English. Bi-lingual is a plus.
- Ability to use technology applicable to the position and access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities
- While both part-time and full-time positions generally focus on front end customer services you are required to continuously merchandise as necessary.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
