Legacy is ranked in the top 20 home improvement companies in the US. We are looking for an experienced Customer Specialists to be developed into a Managieral role for a variety of territories.
What we are looking for:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering, analyzing, and resolving members' issues in such a manner that creates quality customer relationships.
- Team with Customer Relations Specialists
- Contacts potential customers via telemarketing efforts, written correspondence and/or customer site visits
- Prepares quotes and secures appropriate approvals for quotes and orders
- Communicates with customers regarding order status and delivery date information
- Responsible for handling customer problems and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Handle customers’ calls
- Contacts current customers via telemarketing efforts and/or written correspondence
