We are seeking to hire door-to-door marketing representatives to join our team. As a door-to-door marketing representative for Legacy, you will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods and communities in Charlotte and surrounding areas. The main goal will be to meet with homeowners and set them up with FREE estimates. You will be representing Legacy and educating potential customers on the benefits of making the necessary upgrades to their home.

Your duties will include:

- Identifying and prospecting potential customers by going door-to-door, and scheduling free estimates with interested homeowners.

- Providing information about Legacy’s products and services.

- Conducting professional and persuasive presentations to customers, demonstrating how Legacy’s products and services can meet their specific home improvement needs.

- Recording customer details and submitting accurate reports and documentation to technicians.

- Maintaining accurate and updated customer databases for future sales and marketing activities.

Requirements:

- No experience required, Legacy will provide training to all representatives.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently while also collaborating with members of the team when necessary.

- Ability to work outside of a traditional office environment and willingness to spend a significant amount of time outside.

- Must have reliable transportation to commute to different locations and travel between territories.

- Must be comfortable working in a commission-based environment.

Compensation:

The position is meant to be a commission-based opportunity. However, we do offer a base pay for people starting out. The earning potential is heavily dependent on performance. The more successful you are in your role, the more you can earn. Our average sales rep will bring home $500- $1,500 per week with top earners making around $2,000 per week. The pay structure offered is in addition to bonuses and prizes.

Pay: $800.00 - $2,000.00 per week
