Legend Biotech is seeking Talent Acquisition Coordinator as part of the Human Resource team based in Somerset, NJ.
Role Overview
Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team by delivering top-tier experience for our candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers while ensuring seamless operations. You’ll be working across multiple business units, gaining valuable TA experiences and insights with exposure to other Human Resource functions. This individual will be a key partner to the Talent Acquisition Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Support new hire activities to provide top-tier experience for new hires and hiring managers.
Provide system (Greenhouse ATS) and logistic support for recruitment activities.
Support job posting on ATS and audit the job descriptions and posts on regular basis.
Coordinate and schedule interview between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure timely communication and provide necessary details to all parties involved in the interview process.
Manage interview logistics including room bookings, video conferencing, and any other required arrangements.
Generate and send new hire notifications and collaborate with various departments to facilitate onboarding process.
Support TA vendor management including and not limited to registration, invoice processing, and contract management.
Manage all general administrative tasks to support day to day talent acquisition activities.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Human Resources
Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience is required.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
Experience in using an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferably in Greenhouse and/or Workday is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to establish and maintain relationships.
Proactive and strong time management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and have continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with high level of detail.
