Schedule
Part-Time Seasonal with opportunity for Full-Time after days. Legends Hospitality is an event driven organization. Our schedules vary based on events scheduled at Ball Arena.
Compensation

Responsibilities
The Bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Generalist owns the administrative tasks and comprehensive support for multiple departments with Legends Hospitality at Ball Arena.
The Bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Generalist will need to be detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and have a passion for service.
The Bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Generalist will primarily support the Catering and Culinary teams, with additional duties as assigned.
Catering Support (% of Time)
Review invoices for accuracy and completeness before processing payments from clients.
Process payments promptly and accurately, ensuring timely receipt and reconciliation.
Culinary Support (% of Time)
Participate in daily, weekly, and end-of-month inventory processes to maintain accurate stock levels.
Develop and maintain Cost Card programs to track expenses and monitor culinary costs effectively.
Utilize ABI Mastermind scheduling system to efficiently schedule Culinary teammates, approximately individuals, ensuring appropriate coverage for operational needs.
Staff open positions by ordering contract and day labor from employment agencies, maintaining a balance between staffing needs and budgetary constraints.
Research, interpret, and monitor departmental labor budgets and forecasts to optimize staffing levels and minimize labor costs.
Review timecards for teammates, contract, and day labor staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications.
Required
years of age or older on date of hire.
Legally authorized for employment without restriction in the United States.
High School Diploma or equivalency required.
years experience working directly in hospitality, professional office services, or related environment.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish with teammates.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a service-oriented team.
Flexibility to adapt to changes in priorities and deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to obtain and maintain TEAM Coalition Alcohol certificate.
Preferred
Some College or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Food and Beverage, or related field of study.
Experience with inventory and declining balance maintenance.
Experience with ABI Mastermind.
Experience with Tapin.
Experience with UKG / UltiPro HRIS.
Experience with YellowDog Inventory.
