THE ROLE
The SEO Manager will lead in the analysis, execution, and optimization of SEO campaigns for Century 21 - luxury retail brand new Ecommerce website. On a day-to-day basis you will plan and execute SEO campaigns, as well as plan, create, brief, and optimize onsite content for client websites as required. You will track, analyze, and report on SEO campaign performance; liaise with internal stakeholders to suggest improvements; identify new opportunities and anything else necessary to deliver amazing SEO results for Century 21 retail. This will all be aimed towards with improving the client’s organic rankings, visibility, traffic and ultimately organic revenue.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Working exclusively with Century 21 luxury retail store
- Website audit & setup experience through initial strategy creation to launch.
- Carrying out Keyword Mapping and competitor research using specialist SEO software
- A good understanding of technical SEO
- Excellent on-page optimizing skills & content briefing skills for link building campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Search Console
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets / Google Docs skills
- A problem-solving attitude and the ability to digest and analyze organic performance to suggest improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Proven experience in improving SEO traffic, rankings & revenue
- Retail website experience
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS & JS
- Knowledge of standard and current Ecommerce SEO practices
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Familiarity with relevant SEO tools – Semrush & Screaming Frog preferable
- Great communication٫ leadership٫ and organizational skills
- Numerical aptitude and skill٫ combined with an analytical outlook and mindset.
- Flexibility with working hours to coordinate with UK & East Coast based digital teams
COMPENSATION: 70-80k
