Leggett & Platt, Incorporated, is seeking a Mail Room Clerk for our Corporate office in Carthage, Missouri. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Things you'll do:
- Sort, deliver and post mail, packages and printing paper for corporate departments and Carthage branches.
- Pick up morning mail from Post Office
- Drop off afternoon mail to Post Office
- Log incoming UPS and FedEx packages
- Drive in-town delivery routes
- Walk corporate building routes
- Operate postal machinery
Things you'll need:
- High School/GED or equivalent vocational training
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to move at a fast pace while being accurate
- Ability to lift 50 lb. boxes
Desired Skills
- Responsible and trustworthy
- General computer knowledge, Outlook/Excel/Word
