As a Legion of Clean employee, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Answering new prospect calls & delivering exceptional customer service leading to the sale.
Sending client quotes predicated on the information provided in your initial phone call.
Successfully using our software to schedule new business.
Maintaining the lead page so all potential clients receive an appropriate number of calls/emails (5 touch points).
Being able to convey (in an articulate manner) the services to be rendered (and ensure appropriate updates are made when needed).
Upselling clients to a more frequent cleaning rotation, inside of appliances, etc.
If necessary, perform virtual estimate for clients.
Maintaining daily potential leads on social media sites.
Calling the client the day of the cleaning with any pricing or cleaning updates.
Follow up with new clients the day after each cleaning to ensure all went well.
Keep a pulse on the job market with advanced job matching technology.
