- The Distribution Specialist is to function as a service provider to both internal and external customers by being the main contact for operational/tactical issues. Simply stated, we are the group that keeps the machine running.
What your day will look like:
- Operational Support, Customer Service and Collaborator Management:
o Run daily activities with our 3PL’s to include: daily calls, prioritizations, scheduling, trouble-shooting, resolution, etc.
o Identify trends and provide insight relative to inventory to include: velocity reports, quality and rework opportunities, OS&D’s, returns, claims and disposals
o Partner with and support internal team members within Supply Chain Operations Americas
o Generate and/or support ideas, projects and others through active engagement and process development
- Reporting and Analysis:
o Actively pursue root cause corrective action and disposition with partners.
- Standardization and Processes, Continuous Improvement, Innovation and Project Support:
o Ensure processes are detailed within ARIS and updated as required.
Are you up for the challenge?
- 2-3 years’ experience in a distribution and supply chain environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Supply Chain preferred.
- Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP.
