GENERAL PURPOSE
This position is responsible for creating training content, coordinating and conducting training sessions, and maintaining training records for the Customer Care and Sales Success teams to enable great customer experiences.
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Create training content relating to the Company's new and existing processes to assist the customer care team in providing superior customer experiences
- Coordinate the cross-brand training of the customer care team in support of team goals to achieve service level targets
- Create and conduct comprehensive on-boarding training in order to equip new hires with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver superior customer experiences
- Provide performance feedback and onboarding status to leadership
- Coordinate with customer care leadership to identify training needs
- Coordinate new Product and Tech support training programs
- Create content for customer care team
- Maintain a training calendar for the customer care team to communicate training topics in advance of event date
- Maintain training records for the customer care and sales success teams in accordance with LNCA and AVD goals
- Maintain current knowledge of company products and processes through training and other available resources
- Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Cooperate in safety programs, initiatives, and investigations

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :
- Proven reliability - attendance and punctuality
- Demonstrated customer-focus orientation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
- High degree of professionalism including flexibility and willingness to change schedules to meet customer needs
- High degree of confidence and resourcefulness

- Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Self-driven
Minimum Education and Experience Required :
High school diploma or equivalent with minimum of 3 years of customer care experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Some business or technical college course completion
- Previous experience with SAP software
WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required (for the majority of the working day) to sit and make coordinated movements of the fingers for data entry on a keyboard.
- General office environment
