Description
The Space Systems Research Branch, within the Leidos Innovations Center, currently has an opening for a Space Systems Intern to work in our San Diego, CA office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience in the design, development, and analysis for Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) payloads where Leidos is transforming the solutions for the future. You’ll directly support the Division by contributing to talented team to achieve program objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of ongoing space-based optical payloads while expanding your skillset.
Basic Qualifications
Must be working towards a degree in a science-related field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering Physics, etc.)
Must be a US Citizen
Possess a willingness to learn and work effectively with a team

Pay Range:
Pay Range $44,200.00 - $79,900.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
