Leidos's Corporate Group has an immediate opening for a Sr. System Lifecycle Manager to join our CIO Services team. This role reports directly to the Director of Collaboration Services. In this role, you will have service ownership responsibility for enterprise Leidos systems including but not limited to: corporate intranet, Microsoft 365 Dynamics-based applications, the Leidos contracts system, and business development enablement. You will lead a direct and matrixed support team to enable delivery of these services. You will also have the flexibility to work from home with occasional travel to Leidos locations as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for meeting availability and performance SLOs and customer commitments as well as driving evolution of enterprise applications services to meet business needs
Energizing and enabling a high performance team to support the services
Collaborate with stakeholders and line of business teams to ensure the solutions empowers business success
Provide assistance to project leads and the overall team in order prevent and solve complex technical problems
Ability to identify and solve issues and remove roadblocks when required.
Hands on technical and engineering leadership support to business functional groups as required to support business needs, systems analyses, testing and evaluation, etc.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant IT project management or systems engineering experience.
Prior experience must include managing large enterprise-scale applications including customer and vendor relationships
People leadership experience including leading virtual teams
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, both in writing and verbally, to a wide-range of audiences including senior executives
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute enterprise scale projects
Experience in software/web development and the full SDLC
Experience collaborating across IT and Cyber organizations
US citizenship is required

Strong history in advocating for positive user experience (UX), experience in user centered design
A track record of developing and enabling high performance talent, experience as a mentor
Experience managing Enterprise intranet systems
Experience managing large system migrations
Experience with broadcast/marketing Email communications
Ability to successfully work in a rapidly-changing environment and to quickly adapt to changing priorities
Ability to solve complex problems, often with limited information and guidance
Experience with M365 and GCC-High environments
Experience with cloud SaaS solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
ITIL/ITSM Experience and/or certifications
Technical certifications a plus
Pay Range:
Pay Range $118,300.00 - $213,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
