Description
Leidos is looking for a Staffing Project Manager candidate with excellent recruiting, sourcing and staffing skills to support activities from home. Candidates will source resumes, submit them for review and conducts phone interviews of approved candidates. The Staffing PM will be provided a template to identify potential issues should they arise.
Position Responsibilities
Utilize a verity of sources to identify potential candidates that meet specific criteria
Manage staffing matrix
Evaluate sourcing approaches and recommend new resources as appropriate
Conduct a thorough phone screen of approved candidates to assess candidate interest in and suitability for the position as well as any potential candidate issues that may negatively impact the candidate’s chances of success
Write detailed interview reports and submit them to the program office
Maintain logs of resumes generated, contact attempts and results
Attend meetings at the program office as required.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with poly
Bachelor's degree preferred with 4 years of direct experience in candidate sourcing and/or interviewing. Familiarity with security process is a plus.
This is a remote-work opportunity, but the selected candidate must be able to accommodate work in the office occasionally and attend client meetings as needed.
Excellent verbal communication skill to conduct effective phone interviews.
Demonstrated ability to document information, listen critically and ask follow-up questions
Sound writing skills to prepare detailed interview reports
Proven track records of analyzing large amounts of data
High level of organizational ability and attention to detail
Personal resilience and an optimistic outlook through expected and frequent candidate rejections and cancellation of scheduled events
Work with minimal supervision and maintain productivity in a home environment
Preferred Skills:
Sound writing skills to prepare detailed interview reports
Familiarity with MS Office to generate reports and maintain databases of resumes and contact attempts

Pay Range:
Pay Range $66,300.00 - $119,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
Salary : $66,300 - $119,850
