Dallas area law firm specializing in Consumer Bankruptcy has an opening for a full time Bankruptcy paralegal in our Dallas office - This is a fully in-office position (no virtual or hybrid). Duties include but not limited to processing and case management of Chapter 7 & 13 cases, preparation and filing of documents, preparation for upcoming court dockets, etc. Heavy client interaction is involved so the ideal candidate will be personable and service-oriented. Last minute filings and deadlines are a nature of the business and some overtime may be required. Candidate must be able to work under pressure, have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and have a take charge personality. Debtor’s side bankruptcy experience is strongly preferred but not a requirement. Candidate must also type 60 WPM w/ 99% accuracy and be proficient in MS Word & Outlook. Experience with Bankruptcy Pro or Jubilee software is a plus. We offer a great working environment, and competitive salary and benefits.
