What are the responsibilities and job description for the PESTICIDE TECH position at Leisure Village West Association?
Compensation: $20.00 to $22.50 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Perform Fertilizer and pesticide applications according to safety procedures
- Equipment calibration
- Complete required production forms
- Accurately diagnosis various disease and pest health issues on turf and landscape
- Must follow company standardized policies and regulations to ensure compliance and safety performance of workers.
- Ability to maintain/track crew hours through mobile device.
Skills
- Must have 1 years of turf care experience
- Mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Knowledge and experience turf/ plant health diagnosis
- Time management skills with an ability to prioritize and multi task
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Punctual and dependable
- Experience Managing and Leading Employees
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
Qualifications
- State pesticide license a must
- Previous landscape construction (preferred)
