We are looking for a talented Recruiting coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring process. You will be responsible for, evaluating resumes, scheduling interviews and managing the hiring paperwork. If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
- Source candidates by using databases and social media
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
- Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
- Ability to multitask
- Must be reliable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
