Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is looking for a top-quality person to join our HVAC Installation team! This position will be responsible for removing old HVAC systems and installing new HVAC systems. This position will be learning a wide variety of valuable skills from a Journeyman HVAC Technician. As an HVAC Installation Apprentice, you will gain hands on experience in many facets of HVAC focused on residential installation. This position would allow you to earn hours to test for your own HVAC Journeyman's license and grow within our company. This position works the hours between 7:00am-8:00pm Monday-Friday, rotating Weekend schedule. You will be provided uniforms and enjoy the opportunity to earn performance-based pay.

Essential Job Functions
- Respond to residential installation calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the Installation of HVAC equipment in residential homes
- Learn to Resolve customer requests and issues.
- Promote the brand and maintain customer rapport.
- Provide options and solutions to our customers.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday as needed
- Must be comfortable with physical labor.
- Must be comfortable getting your hands dirty.
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs regularly.
- Customer service oriented.
- Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
- Must be able to get to and from different job sites around Frankfort, KY.

Compensation:
- $16 - $18 per hour
