Direct Sales Representative
A Direct Sales Representative should be super motivated, competitive, eager to get on the phone,
tech-savvy, ready to learn and ready to earn. Experience with Merchant Cash advance Sales and/or
banking/financial industries preferred, but not required. The Direct Sales Representative will drive
revenue by acquiring new customers, make outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to small and
medium-sized businesses, as well as use sales strategies to close deals.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Willing to make 60 outbound calls a day
Willing to handle inbound calls from clients looking for financing
You are comfortable with handling existing clients/ new clients
You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal oriented.
You are comfortable managing your own book of business and suited to do what is best for
your clients and Lendr
Willing to work directly with Underwriting to figure out the best financing for your clients
Willing to work with our external partners to figure out the best financing for your clients
Willing to make cold calls
Willing to handle warm leads and referrals
Requirements
No sales experience is required but it is preferred
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Software: Microsoft Office experience is required, Salesforce and Excel exp is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
