Project Administrator
Job Type: Contract

Location: Jacksonville, FL
Leneer is seeking a Project Administrator/Coordinator to support our client in the logistics space. The Project Administrator will provide support for the End User Device refresh effort.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the Project Management efforts and coordinating activities and meeting related to the project.
Deliverables include:
1 – Manage project activities
2 – Manage Schedules / Calendars
3 – Coordinating daily updates from various teams
4 – Updating project timelines
5 – Documenting Risks / Issues
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 Years of IT Project Administration or Coordination experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office Tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project
- Excellent communication skills, presentation abilities, problem-solving skills, and customer relationship management.
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with ServiceNow (Desired)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
