YOUR PURPOSE:
This copywriter will work with the National Content and National Marketing teams to create
quality marketing, social media and blog content for all divisions and regions. The copywriter
may need to interact with Divisional Marketing teams as needed for input but will mainly rely on
the service department for job assignments and direction. The position requires an ability to be a
team player, multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, ability to cope under pressure, meet deadlines, maintain good judgement, eager to learn and a professional, supportive attitude.
Responsibilities
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Write copy for Lennar.com plan pages, community pages, collection pages and
masterplan pages
2. Be adept at taking input and creating quality copy
3. Attend weekly team meetings
4. Maintain regular contact and take direction from management and supervisors
5. Self-edit copy and adhere to the Lennar style guide
6. Adjust writing style and tone for different audiences as needed
7. Be able to conduct research on market trends, home designs and target audiences
8. Be adept at working through new technology systems and project management software
9. This position outlines the basic tasks and requirements for the position noted. It is not a

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
* Must possess initiative and be highly motivated
* Bachelor of Arts degree preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Word
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude
* Strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to:
* Follow directions from a supervisor
* Interact well with co-workers
* Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
* Accept constructive criticism
CONTACTS:
Regular contact with the Creative Writing Manager and national marketing team, as well as
divisional marketing teams when needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office
materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a
computer keyboard.
