You will share responsibilities with another Plant Manager and oversee several departments in a facility with approximately 70 employees.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and oversee daily operations of your team, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
- Create and maintain detailed reports on shift operations, including production summaries and performance metrics.
- Inspect products to verify that production specifications are met and maintain quality standards.
- Review production schedules and manage material and manpower resources effectively.
- Assign employees to tasks to maximize production objectives , maintain quality, and achieve output requirements.
- Participate in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate reports, records, and production documentation to reflect schedules and performance.
- Train new employees in the organization’s operating procedures and standards.
- Coach and counsel employees on safety, quality, and production standards.
- Prepare daily time sheets for hourly employees, including production summaries, overtime, and downtime reports.

- At least 1-2 years of front-line leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven work record and relevant experience.
- Strong ability to lead in a production environment.
- Requires tact and good judgment.
