The compensation range for this position is approximately $75,000 - $95,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

Senior HR Business Partner - Empowering Our People and Building a Positive Culture
What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior HR Business Partner at our unionized manufacturing facility, you'll play a significant role in driving our people strategy and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities include:
- Guiding leaders and employees on Company values, policies, and HR programs with consistency and timeliness.
- Maintaining positive local labor relations to strengthen the workforce's connection with the organization.
- Leading efforts to enhance employee engagement and retention, promoting a happy and motivated team.
- Resolving employee conflicts through effective investigations, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
- Providing guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations for a supportive workplace.
- Implementing and monitoring compliance with labor laws and the union contract for fairness and legality.
- Supporting career development and succession planning to nurture talent within the organization.
- Driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a respectful and collaborative culture.
- Partnering with plant management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Developing strategies to sustain and improve our workplace culture.
Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of HR techniques, applications and programs
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Must have strong communication skills, including both written and verbal
- Ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and implement change
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish preferred) for effective communication
- Ability to influence others and make tough decisions with professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and data analytics expertise.
