The Lenox partners with one of Boston’s largest and most successful restaurant groups, The Briar Group, who operates the hotel’s three outlets and banquet facilities. We are seeking an experienced Line Cooks to join the growing team.
Our three outlets include: City Table serving American and international-inspired dishes sourcing local New England ingredients, City Bar is Back Bay’s chic cocktail lounge serving small bites, and Solas our modern-Irish pub and a neighborhood favorite. Our 5000 sq. ft. banquet facilities host corporate and social events including weddings.
Our culinary team explores their creativity and passion for local foods with a menu that delivers an experience, not just a plate of food. From dicing vegetables, to plating a dish, every step should be done with precision and care. With an ever-changing menu of fresh, seasonal ingredients, it is important to be creative and willing to experiment. The ideal candidate will be able to function in a high energy, fast paced environment as part of a team.
Candidates with at least one year of line cook experience and with the availability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
-Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
-Required to stand for up to six (6) hours at a time, navigate stairs
-Flexible work schedule (days, nights, weekends)
-At least one (1) year of experience preferred
