We are looking for a certified and experienced Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of legal terminology and procedures, and will be responsible for providing administrative support to attorneys. This includes researching and preparing legal documents, drafting correspondence, managing client files, and providing assistance with trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently. Paralegal certification is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Maintain a working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other professionals to gather information for cases.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
